I was looking for someone to replace my broken garage door spring. I called Penguin Garage Doors and they sent someone really quick. Al was very nice, on time and super professional. He solved the problem in no time, did an excellent job and charged me a reasonable price. Would highly recommend for anyone need service to their garage door.
My garage door was jammed half way down and I couldn’t moved it anymore. Al came very quickly and right away he found what caused the problem and offered a few different solutions for it. Al was very professional at his job and solved the problem in no time. Al and his team were great. All came over the next day of me contacting him to give me a quote on 2 garage doors. He was thorough in all the options and was very professional. We were interested in black doors, which he informed would take a bit longer to order, but would come around Christmas. The doors came in a week early and AL installed them immediately. Was very happy with his service and would highly recommend.
